Mark retired this year from Southwest Airlines after 28 years of service, where he held senior leadership roles across operations, finance and commercial functions. He also served 12 years on ARC’s Board of Directors before joining ARC full-time.
With a broad, strategic view of the industry, Mark brings a passion for continuous improvement and a curiosity-driven approach to problem-solving. A proud Colorado State University graduate, he was born in Colorado Springs and is now settling into life in Virginia with his wife, Jenn. They have four grown children and are excited to welcome their fourth grandchild in late 2025.
