Michael Klein

Michael Klein is responsible for the strategy, design and execution of the process domains Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Revenue Accounting and Master Data for the LH Group. His team is located in the LGBS Centers in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Kraków, Mexico and Manila. He is also responsible for steering the BPO provider in India. Michael joined ARC’s Board of Directors in 2015.

Before Michael became senior director at Lufthansa Group Business Services, he served as director finance and personnel for Russia & CIS based in Moscow and South Asia operating out of New Delhi for Lufthansa German Airlines. In these positions, he managed accounting, controlling and taxation and guided the human resource strategy, including negotiations with workers councils in the respective region. After his return to LH headquarters, he became a director within the corporate function as well as taking over the project lead for outsourcing Revenue Accounting of LH Group to a business process outsourcing provider. Michael started his career in the power industry, where he gained experience in financing large power plants.
