Vijay Raman

Vijay Raman serves as Vice President of Sales and Revenue Management at JetBlue. In this function, he leads the airline’s pricing, yield management, ancillary strategy, revenue forecasting, distribution strategy and corporate and agency sales.

Vijay’s career spans more than 25 years at various airline and technology companies with experience in pricing, revenue management and other commercial functions. He most recently served as Head of Pricing at MoneyGram International, leading the online pricing strategy for fees and foreign exchange for the company’s global payments network.​

Prior to that, he spent nearly seven years at Spirit Airlines, where he rose to Senior Director of Revenue Management and led the strategy, operations and forecasting for ticket and non-ticket revenue. His earlier career includes leadership roles at American Airlines, Avalion Consulting, Lockheed Martin and Samsung Electronics.​

Vijay holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
