Industry Panel Keynote to Take Place at The Beat Live 2019

ARLINGTON, Va. – Sept. 18, 2019 – Airlines Reporting Corp. (ARC) Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Lauri Reishus will join a panel of industry experts discussing the future of air travel retailing followed by a question and answer session at The Beat Live 2019, taking place in New York. The panel will occur today at 4:15 p.m. ET.

Reishus will discuss the road warrior travel journey and opportunities for the travel industry to create more seamless, intuitive experiences for these high-value travelers. Additionally, she will share ARC’s vision for creating an environment where travelers have access to both trip status and service regardless of booking channel.

Following her remarks, Reishus will join Travel Incorporated Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing Tracie Carillo, Lumo CEO Bala Chandran, Travelport President and Managing Director of the Americas Simon Ferguson, and FlightCentre Travel Group Chief Officer for Corporate Brands John Morhous for a question and answer session moderated by Serko Senior Vice President of North America Tony D'Astolfo.

The conference will also feature a discussion by airline and travel management company executives on distribution economics in the new distribution capability (NDC) era, as well as a keynote address from Festive Road Managing Partner Paul Tilstone titled, “Why Online Booking Tools Need to Wake Up and Smell the Coffee.”
