In her new position, Nass will lead the overall strategic direction of the people-related programs at ARC to help foster an environment and culture where all employees can flourish. These programs include employee learning and development, talent acquisition, total rewards, and human resources business partnerships.

Nass has been with ARC for more than 27 years. Her early career focused on managing ARC’s corporate travel department before holding various leadership roles within the human resources team. She earned a bachelor’s degree in government and politics from George Mason University and has received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
