ARC Launches Two Analytical Tools at GBTA 2017

Aria, Air Program Monitor Provide Insights for Mid-Sized Agencies and Corporations

BOSTON – July 17, 2017 – Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) is pleased to announce the official launch of two products: Aria and Air Program Monitor. Demonstrations of these products are taking place at ARC’s booth (#437) during exhibition hours at this year’s Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Convention 2017.

Aria is a business intelligence product that provides travel agents with an easy way to view high-level analytics of sales activity along with detailed ARC-settled ticketing data. Customers will now have the ability to use an online tool or a raw data feed to access key performance indicators, reconcile back-office systems and feed agency reporting tools.

This interactive product enables agencies to quickly and easily analyze their overall sales and settlement data in a dashboard format, consolidated across GDS and back-office systems. Aria data is also updated weekly to allow agencies to spot sales trends, identify passenger patterns and pinpoint destinations of interest.

Air Program Monitor is an easy-to-use analytical tool that provides travel managers with a high-level review of their air travel spend metrics to effectively measure program performance and validate contract metrics. The tool provides simplified analytics that are accessible at any time and are aligned with airline reports that allow customers to proactively prepare for quarterly airline contract reviews.

Air Program Monitor also provides greater visibility into airline key performance indicators and market share analysis by spend and passenger count which enables more strategic conversations about performance and growth. Transparency into corporate market, corporate peer group averages and gap analysis offers precise comparison to identify savings opportunities.
