Starbow (S9-759) joins ARC as a participating carrier effective with sales on October 16, 2017 (PED 10/22/17).
Starbow is based in Accra, Ghana and has been credited with changing the face of Ghanaian aviation by way of its fleet, schedule, reliability, safety record and on-time performance. Starbow’s fleet is configured in two classes of service and consists of the Avro RJ100, a 97-seat regional jet, three BA 146-300s, one BA 146-200 and one ATR 72-500, which are designed for comfort and reliability. Operating more than 100 departures per week from the Kotoka International Airport, Starbow serves the domestic locations of Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale, with plans for expansion to West Africa.
Starbow has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment, whereby all ARC accredited agents are automatically appointed as agents of Starbow. Starbow is available on Amadeus, Worldspan and Apollo. The airline currently accepts cash as a valid form of payment.
