Air Algérie (AH/124) will join ARC as a participating carrier effective with sales on March 27, 2017 (PED 04/02/17).
Air Algérie is the national airline of Algeria, based at Houari Boumediene Airport (ALG) in Algiers. The carrier operates an extensive scheduled domestic and international network from Algiers to destinations throughout Africa, as well as North America (Montreal), Middle East, Europe and Asia.
Air Algérie operates domestic and international routes with a fleet of 55 passenger aircrafts that includes: A330-200, B767-300, B737-800, B737-700, B737-600, ATR 72-500 and ATR 72-600. The airline is an IATA member and is certified IOSA and ISO 9001.
Air Algérie has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment, whereby all ARC agents are automatically appointed as agents of Air Algérie. Currently, the airline accepts cash only as the form of payment. Major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express will be accepted in the near future.
Air Algérie participates in all four major GDSs in the U.S.: Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan and Apollo.
