ARC is pleased to announce that valid Jet Airways (9W/589) cash refunds are now available for processing in IAR. Please take the following actions based on your refunds:

• Cash refunds previously submitted in your IAR report: If your agency previously submitted refunds in your IAR report and they were rejected by ARC, you may now manually enter those refunds into your IAR report using the previously obtained Electronic Settlement Authorization Code (ESAC). If the original ESAC is not available, please use the ESAC of “9WREFUND” to process.
• Cash refunds not previously submitted in your IAR report: Please refund through your GDS per the standard refund process. If you are unable to refund through your GDS, you may manually enter your refunds in your IAR report using the ESAC of “9WREFUND” to process.

As a reminder, all Jet Airways credit card refunds are available in IAR with the exception of American Express and UATP forms of payment. Please do not submit American Express or UATP refunds for Jet Airways (9W/589) in your IAR report. Instead, please use the refund form provided on the airline’s website.
