ARC Suspends PAWA Dominicana Visa and Mastercard Refunds in IAR
ARC has learned that Visa and Mastercard refunds are no longer supported by PAWA Dominicana (N7/185); therefore, effective Monday, February 12, 2018, ARC will suspend the processing of Visa and Mastercard refunds in IAR. However, ARC will continue to process cash and American Express refunds until further notice.

Your Transaction History File data will be delivered on a CD in text format. Use Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access for importing, viewing, sorting and creating your own reports. Additionally, each CD includes the ARC Transaction Viewer, so you can easily search your data for a single transaction—just like you can in ARC's Document Retrieval System (DRS).
Pricing starts at $305 per location, and all orders must be placed by March 31, 2018.

After the class, you can take the ARC Specialist Certification exam online at your convenience. You will have 30 days to take the exam upon completion of the training class. Those who pass the exam will receive their ARC Specialist Certification.
Tip of the Week: How Can I Verify If an MCO has Been Exchanged?
When a Miscellaneous Charge Order (MCO) has been exchanged, ARC's Document Retrieval Service (DRS) will display the associated new exchange transaction information. In addition to the MCO’s original issue information, the DRS will list the new document number of each MCO that was exchanged, and it will include the issue date of that exchange as well as the Period Ending Date (PED). An unused MCO will be displayed in DRS only with its original issue information in a single row of data. Please note that DRS will not be updated or reflect usage when the MCO is used directly with the airline.
