Tip of the Week: Memos with Multiple Related Tickets in Memo Manager

Memo Manager can export the history of a memo into a CSV, PDF, or Plaintext file format to suit your needs. In some instances, an airline can list several related tickets for one single memo. When this happens, the exported file will list each ticket in its own separate line.

For a single memo, each separate ticket line will show the memo number as well as the original amount. This output allows you to view multiple tickets associated with the memo; however, it will not show that the memo was billed multiple times. The key columns to look at are the “Ticket Form Serial Number” and “Ticket Amount.” These two columns will show different values, but they will still point to the same memo number in the “Memo Form Serial” column.
