Important Update Regarding Agency Contact Information

As of Thursday, October 25, 2018, those with access to the ARC's Accreditation Web Portal (AWP) as a Home Office, a Corporate Travel Department or an Independent Office will see a pop-up window requesting updated contact information when signing in to My ARC.

ARC is implementing this feature to collect more specific contact information for agencies, thus allowing for more effective communication. This enhanced contact information will ensure the right people receive the most relevant information, and it will help our partners more effectively manage their business relationships with the travel agency community.

It is important to complete the contact information for each role to ensure the most effective communication occurs with your agency about important business needs like chargebacks, debit memos, agency operations and more.

2018 Quarterly Transaction Fees – Third Quarter

This is a reminder about the agent/CTD transaction fee that is assessed on a quarterly basis. See the chart below outlining this tiered fee structure. Note: Agencies with fewer than 1,000 transactions per quarter will not be assessed transaction fees. A separate debit representing this fee will be drawn against your ARC designated bank account on October 25, 2018. Only one draft will be issued for consolidated drafting agents.

Tip of the Week: Do You Need to Add or Remove an Officer?

You can add or remove an officer by utilizing the Accreditation Tool, accessible via your My ARC toolbox. Once the tool is open, you will select the Owners and Officers request type. Each new officer will need to complete a personal history form — there is no fee for this request.

Note: Only a primary administrator user ID automatically has access to the Accreditation Tool. Any other type of user IDs must request access to the Accreditation Tool from a primary administrator.
