Alaska Airlines Announces Final Processing of Virgin America Transactions in ARC
Alaska Airlines plans to close the processing of all Virgin America (VX/984) transactions in ARC effective Monday, January 21, 2019 (PED 01/27/19). Please submit any outstanding VX/984 transactions in your IAR report prior to PED 01/27/19.

2019 ARC Annual Agent Fees
The 2019 annual agent location fee of $225 will be collected for each of your office locations via electronic draft from your designated bank account on January 24, 2019. It will appear on your bank statement as "ARC Core Participation Fee."
A separate draft of $225 will be issued for each active branch agency location on record as of January 5, 2019. For consolidated drafting agents, only one draft will be assessed for all of your ARC approved locations.
Tip of the Week: 2019 Processing Schedule
For ARC processing purposes, the calendar year is divided into four quarters. The first and second months of each quarter contain four processing weeks and the third month has five weeks.
To assist in managing your accounting processes, ARC publishes an ASP processing schedule every year. The schedule contains all the period ending dates (PEDs) for the year. It also shows what week, month and quarter they correspond to.
