2019 ARC Annual Agent Fees

The 2019 annual agent location fee of $225 will be collected for each of your office locations via electronic draft from your designated bank account on January 24, 2019. It will appear on your bank statement as "ARC Core Participation Fee."

A separate draft of $225 will be issued for each active branch agency location on record as of January 5, 2019. For consolidated drafting agents, only one draft will be assessed for all of your ARC approved locations.

Tip of the Week: Resetting Your Own My ARC Password by Email

With so many things that can occupy the mind of a travel agent, it’s understandable that you can forget your My ARC password occasionally. We have made it so you can easily reset your own My ARC password in a simple, fast and secure way.

At the login page, click on the link that says Forgot Password. You will then be prompted to enter in your username and email address. Once you have inputted your information, please click Continue.

On the next page, scroll down and click on the link Reset Your Password by Email. You will then receive an email that will include a link to create a new password. Once you have updated your credentials, you will be directed back to the My ARC login page and will be able to log in.
