WOW Air No Longer Accepting Credit Card Refunds
As previously announced, WOW air (377/WW) ceased operations and ARC inhibited the processing of sales transactions and memos in IAR. ARC was notified last night that any credit card refunds submitted on March 28, 2019, will not be processed by WOW air’s credit card provider. Therefore, ARC has now inhibited the processing of credit card refunds in IAR. Instead, agents could encourage customers to contact their credit card issuing bank for more information. Cash refunds will continue to be processed until further notice.

WOW Air Ceases Operations
WOW Air (WW/377) announced suspension of all flight operations effective today, March 28, 2019. Therefore effective immediately, ARC has inhibited the processing of sales transactions in IAR, but will continue to process refunds (cash and credit card refunds) until cash reserves are exhausted. Airlink Joins ARC
Airlink (4Z/749) will join ARC as a participating airline effective with sales on Monday, March 25, 2019 (PED 03/31/19).
Airlink is based in Johannesburg, South Africa and offers regional services from its primary hubs at O. R. Tambo International and Cape Town International airports. Airlink’s network includes more than 55 routes serving destinations within South Africa; in addition to Botswana, Lesotho, Madagascar, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Zambia, Zimbabwe and St. Helena Island.
Airlink operates a fleet of 52 aircraft comprising of three Embraer E-Jet 170s, 10 Embraer E-Jet 190s, 28 Embraer ERJ 135s, seven BAE Jetstream 41s and four X Cessna 208EX Grand Caravans.
Airlink has elected the general concurrence method of agent appointment, whereby all ARC agents are automatically appointed as agents of Airlink. The airline only accepts cash as a valid form of payment. Airlink can be booked on Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, Worldspan, Apollo and Galileo.

The final deletion of Dynamic Airways (2D/054) in ARC will be effective Monday, April 1, 2019 (PED 04/07/19). If you have any questions, please contact the airline at email@example.com.

If you are an ARC primary administrator and/or have Accreditation Tool access and have not completed the required contact information, you will continue to see the “Contact Reminder” screen until this information is completed. These contact details will ensure our partners are able to effectively manage their business relationships with you to get the right people the right information.
In addition, even if your agency has completed all of the mandatory contact information, you will see the agency “Contact Reminder” screen if your agency has not identified a primary contact for the following roles: Chargeback, Debit Memo, Manager and Industry Communications. Once a primary contact has been selected for each of these roles, you will no longer see the reminder screen.
