Important Operational Update About Jet Airways
ARC has learned that Jet Airways (9W/589) suspended all international operations today and can no longer support the processing of cash refunds. Therefore, effective immediately, ARC will inhibit the processing of Jet Airways sales transactions, cash refunds and memos in IAR.
ARC will continue to support the processing of credit card refunds until further notice. For more information, please see Jet Airways’ website.
Luxair Now Accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express
Effective with sales issued on Monday, April 8, 2019 (PED 04/14/19), Luxair (149/LG) will begin accepting Visa, Mastercard and American Express as forms of payment through ARC.
Amaszonas S.A. Now Accepts Visa and Mastercard
Effective with sales issued on Monday, April 8, 2019 (PED 04/14/19), Amaszonas S.A. (464/Z8) will begin accepting Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment through ARC.
Loganair Now Accepts Visa and Mastercard
Effective with sales issued on Monday, April 8, 2019 (PED 04/14/19), Loganair (682/LM) will begin accepting Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment through ARC.
Turkish Airlines – Flight Operations Relocation
Turkish Airlines relocated flight operations from Atatürk Airport to Istanbul Airport on April 6, 2019. Because of this move, all scheduled flights will now be out of Istanbul Airport (IST).
It is important to note that a few Turkish Airlines flights scheduled between April 5-7, 2019, were cancelled due to this airport relocation.
Check your agency’s passenger name record (PNR) queue for flights that may have been impacted by the move. Refunds and involuntary reissue requests can be processed in your office.

2019 Quarterly Transaction Fees – First Quarter
This is a reminder about the agent/CTD transaction fee that is assessed on a quarterly basis. See the chart below outlining this tiered fee structure. Note: Agencies with fewer than 1,000 transactions per quarter will not be assessed transaction fees. A separate debit representing this fee will be drawn against your ARC designated bank account on or after April 25, 2019. Only one draft will be issued for consolidated drafting agents.
