Linear Air No Longer Accepts American Express

Effective with sales beginning Monday, July 15, 2019, Linear Air (764/O2) no longer accepts American Express as a form of payment through ARC.

2019 Quarterly Transaction Fees – Second Quarter

This is a reminder about the agent/CTD transaction fee that is assessed on a quarterly basis. See the chart below outlining this tiered fee structure. Note: Agencies with fewer than 1,000 transactions per quarter will not be assessed transaction fees. A separate debit representing this fee will be drawn against your ARC designated bank account on or after July 25, 2019. Only one draft will be issued for consolidated drafting agents.

Tip of the Week: How do I Reach Out to an Airline Regarding a Memo?

For each memo issued, the validating airline or supplier can provide their contact information to be viewed. The full information is available by scrolling to the bottom of the memo. From there, you can find a link to the airline ticketing policy website as well as a phone number, email or address provided by the airline for memo related issues. You can also communicate directly with the airline by using the Correspondence feature within ARC Memo Manager.
