Adria Airways Suspends Operations

ARC has learned that Adria Airways (JP/165) suspended all flight operations effective today, September 30, 2019. Therefore, ARC will inhibit the processing of sales transactions but continue the processing of cash and credit card refunds, except for American Express. American Express is no longer processing sales or refunds for Adria Airways. Agents should encourage their customer cardholders to contact American Express for more information. XL Airways Suspends Operations

ARC has learned that effective today, September 30, 2019, XL Airways (SE/473) suspended all flight operations. ARC will continue to process both cash and credit card refunds, and memos in IAR until further notice. For more information, please see XL Airways’ website.

ARC Specialist Training and Certification Class

Do you want the opportunity to earn your ARC Specialist Certificate?

The ARC Specialist Training and Certification class will take place at ARC’s headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, November 5-7, 2019.

ARC developed the ARC Specialist Training and Certification program with the help of industry representatives from the travel agent and airline communities. This program provides education on ARC’s policies, procedures, products, and services.

In this class, you will participate in written and verbal exercises as well as group discussions. Upon completion of the class, you will receive a certificate of completion.

After the class, you can take the ARC Specialist Certification exam online at your convenience. You will have 30 days to take the exam upon completion of the training class. Those who pass the exam will receive their ARC Specialist Certification.
