Notice of Changes to the ARA: Effective November 25, 2019

Following ARC’s consultation with travel agency representatives, ARC’s board of directors has approved several updates to the Agent Reporting Agreement (ARA). These updates reflect changes in ARC’s products and services, and they better align with ARC’s current operations and industry standards. ARC Risk Check

Upcoming My ARC/IAR Extended System Outages

ARC will be unavailable for three separate extended outages on November 10, 17 and 24, 2019. The next outage will take place Sunday, November 10, from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. ET. This means that you will not be able to access My ARC or any of its tools, such as IAR and Memo Manager, during this time. This full system outage is necessary to perform a software upgrade. There will be two additional extended outages for system maintenance during more routine extended maintenance window hours on Sunday, November 17, and Sunday, November 24, from 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. ET.

ARC realizes that any system outage is an inconvenience to you, and we apologize for the impact this has on your work with ARC tools and products. This advance notice intends to provide you with adequate time to make any necessary schedule adjustments. Sunday dates were selected to minimize the impact to My ARC users, considering Sunday is the day of the week with the lowest amount of activity.

Your understanding and patience are appreciated as we improve and upgrade ARC systems. Please share this information with others in your organization that may be impacted by these scheduled outages.

Tip of the Week: What if I Forget my Username for My ARC?

If you forget your username on My ARC, you have the ability to retrieve it via email. This can be done from ARC's corporate website or on the My ARC Login page. To retrieve your username from ARC's corporate website:

  1. Open a web browser and go to ARC’s corporate website:
  2. On the top right-hand side of the page, click on the teal My ARC box.
  3. Click the Forgot Username? link. The Forgot Username screen will display.
  4. Type in the email address used to set up your My ARC account and then, click the Continue button.
  5. Once completed, your request will be processed and your username will be sent to the email address used to set up your My ARC account.
