Memo Manager Moving to New Platform

As the industry’s go-to source for memo processing and payment, Memo Manager is evolving to proactively ensure the integrity of its system and data. Starting February 13, the online tool will leverage a new platform to enhance technology efficiencies. Users of Memo Manager will not experience any service interruptions or functionality changes as a result of this migration. However, users may notice a slight difference in the product’s appearance.

If you have any questions about this product migration, please contact ARC’s Customer Care Center at 703-816-8000 or ccchelp@arccorp.com.

Action Needed: Providing ARC with Contacts for Required Agency Roles

Earlier last year, a change to the Agent Reporting Agreement (ARA) took effect, requiring agencies to provide ARC with contact information for the following roles:

  • Owner or Officer Contact
  • Manager Contact
  • Operational Contact
  • Debit Memo Contact
  • Chargeback Contact

If you have not yet provided contact information for all the required roles, we ask that you complete this process as soon as possible so we can better communicate necessary information to your agency. If you have already provided this contact information, thank you. If you have not, we appreciate your quick attention to this matter by January 31.

Providing this contact information helps ARC ensure your agency receives the right information, delivered to the right person, at the right time. To make this process easier for you, a pop-up window appears upon sign-in to My ARC that will prompt you to provide this information.

For additional information or support, please contact the ARC Customer Care Center at ccchelp@arccorp.com or 855-816-8003.

Tip of the Week: Credit Card Acceptance Chart

ARC processes various forms of payment on behalf of more than 200 participating airlines. Each airline determines which forms of payment it accepts, then works with the global distribution systems (GDSs) and ARC to support those payments.

ARC’s credit card acceptance chart shows the payment methods accepted by each participating airline. It also shows the restrictions some airlines have for accepting payment cards on their behalf. Users can filter by airline and/or form of payment.

Agents should refer to the credit card acceptance chart to ensure instructions are followed when accepting payment on behalf of airlines. It can also be accessed on the ARC website under the “Support” tab, and under “Airline Resources.”
