Better Manage Travel Agency Accreditation with ARC’s New Tool

On October 21, 2020, agency change requests and account maintenance will be made through ARC’s new accreditation tool developed in conjunction with the travel agency community. Requests that previously required phone calls or emailing forms will now be self-service, such as updating an address, adding staff, designating a new home office location (HOL) or adding a branch.

The new accreditation tool is easily accessible from any device, including tablets and mobile phones, at any time, enabling agencies to manage their accreditation with ARC even outside normal business hours.

Learn more about these improvements and view the FAQ on the ARC blog.

ARC will also host “An Overview and Demo of the New ARC Agency Accreditation Tool,” a pair of training webinars to walk through the improvements:

Note: The same presentation will be given during each webinar time slot. You are welcome to attend both.

Tip of the Week: Addressing the IAR Error Message "Inaccessible Sales Report"

When authorizing and submitting your weekly sales report, you may get the error message “Inaccessible Sales Report.” Do not be alarmed if you receive this message as there is nothing wrong with your report.

All you must do is close Interactive Agent Reporting (IAR) using the “Close IAR” link in the upper right-hand corner of the IAR sales report screen; then open IAR again. You should then be able to authorize and submit your sales report.

For example, do you know what to do if you encounter the error Retry Later – Document in Use while using IAR? ARC has a self-paced Training/Knowledge Center available on our website that houses short videos and reference guides designed to quickly help answer that question or any other you may have around a different subject matter.

We invite you to check out the growing list of video tutorials available by clicking here.
