Date Change: ARC's New Accreditation Tool Launching in November 

The debut of ARC’s new Accreditation tool slated for release on Wednesday, October 21, has been moved to November 18, 2020.  

Underlying platform changes that were scheduled to be done in November would have required taking the new tool offline when activity would have been high, so to make for a smoother transition to the new system, the decision was made to complete that work before launch.

We apologize for any inconvenience. For a refresher on the tool's capabilities and workflows, a training session will be scheduled closer to the new release date and announced soon.

2020 Quarterly Transaction Fees – 3rd Quarter

This is a reminder about travel agency/corporate travel department (CTD) transaction fee that is assessed on a quarterly basis. See the chart below outlining this tiered fee structure. Note: Agencies with less than 1,000 transactions per quarter will not be assessed transaction fees. A separate debit representing this fee will be drawn against your ARC designated bank account on or after October 22, 2020. Only one draft will be issued for consolidated drafting agents.

Tip of the Week: Resetting Your My ARC Password

You can easily reset your My ARC password in a simple, fast and secure way. At the login page, select the Forgot Password? link. You will need to enter your username and email address, then click Continue. On the next page, complete the security questions or scroll down and click the link that states Reset your password by email. This will send an email to you that will have a link to create a new password.
