Tip of the Week: How to Update Your Agency Address

Updating your address can be done using the Accreditation tool and following the instructions below:

• Login to My ARC;
• Under “Your Tools,” select Accreditation;
• Login using your My ARC credentials;
• If you are an HOL, please click on your ARC Number on the left hand-side to show your branches (select the ARC Number you wish to update) If you are an independent agency, please view the next step;
• Click on the pencil next to the address you would like to update (Physical or Mailing Address);
• Click Submit.

The address change will be updated in real time; there is no fee for this change.
