Memo Manager Update

On March 26, 2021, ARC made an update to Memo Manager that allows an AMM administrator to edit (add/delete/modify) the technical support email address in the Administration module of the application. This includes the ability to add multiple email addresses by separating them with a semicolon.

Upcoming My ARC Extended System Outage – April 11, 2021

My ARC will be unavailable on Sunday, April 11, 2021, from 3-6 a.m Eastern Time to perform a software update. You will be unable to access My ARC, including any of its tools or products, during this extended outage.

This advance notice is intended to provide adequate time to make any necessary schedule adjustments. Sunday dates are typically selected for this type of maintenance to minimize the impact to My ARC users, considering Sunday is the day of the week which has the lowest amount of activity. ARC understands that any system outage is an inconvenience and we apologize for any impact this may have on your work with our tools and products.

Your understanding and patience are appreciated as we ensure ARC systems are maintained and updated. Please share this information with others in your organization that may be impacted by this scheduled outage.

2021 Quarterly Transaction Fees – First Quarter

This is a reminder about the agent/CTD transaction fee that is assessed on a quarterly basis. See the chart below outlining the tiered fee structure. Note: Agencies with less than 1,000 transactions per quarter will not be assessed transaction fees. A separate debit representing this fee will be drawn against the applicable ARC-designated bank accounts on or after April 22, 2021. Only one draft will be issued for consolidated drafting agencies.
