Holiday Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule
The GDS/IAR reconciliation dates for tickets issued from Friday, May 28, 2021, to Sunday May 30, 2021, will be extended until Tuesday, June 1, 2021.
Sales Report Submission
Weekly sales reports for PED 05/30/21 must be authorized by 5 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, June 2, 2021.
ARC’s Customer Care Center is open on Tuesday, June 1, 2021.

Memorial Day Authorization Deadline Change and Planned IAR Outage
To ensure no delays to settlement, the sales report authorization/submission deadline for Period Ending Date (PED) 05/30/21 will be 5 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. This extension provides travel agencies with additional time to process their sales reports after the Memorial Day holiday.
Immediately following the 5 p.m. deadline, the IAR system will be unavailable from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. Any sales report authorization for PED 05/30/21 preformed after 5 p.m. on that date, will be considered a late submission. Any errors will be moved to the following PED and your cash disbursement may be impacted.
Reducing the Memorial Day holiday sales reporting authorization deadline by seven hours will allow ARC’s settlement operations to continue to run as smoothly and reliably as possible, while at the same time ensure cash disbursements are delivered as scheduled on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.
FlexFlight Now Accepts UATP
Effective with sales issued on Monday May 24, 2021 (PED 05/30/2021), FlexFlight (365/W2) will begin accepting UATP as form of payment through ARC.
Upcoming My ARC Extended System Outage
My ARC will be unavailable Sunday, May 30, 2021, from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. EDT to perform system maintenance and software updates. During this extended outage, you will be unable to access My ARC, including any of its tools or products.
ARC realizes that any system outage is an inconvenience to you, and we apologize for the impact this may have on your work with ARC tools and products. This advance notice is intended to provide adequate time to make any necessary schedule adjustments. Sunday dates are typically selected for this type of maintenance to minimize the impact to My ARC users, considering Sunday is the day of the week which has the lowest amount of activity.
Your understanding and patience are appreciated as we ensure ARC systems are maintained and updated. Please share this information with others in your organization that may be impacted by this scheduled outage.
Tip of the Week: Payment Acceptance Chart
ARC provides processing for various forms of payments on behalf of an airline. Each airline determines which forms of payments it accepts and works with the GDSs and ARC to support those payments.
The Payment Acceptance Chart shows the acceptance of various forms of payment by each ARC participating airline. The chart also shows the restrictions some airlines have for accepting payment cards on their behalf. It is in an easy to use format where you can filter by Airline and/or by Form of Payment.
Agents should refer to the Payment Acceptance Chart to ensure instructions are followed when accepting payment on behalf of airlines. You can access the chart by visiting main ARC website (www.arccorp.com), clicking on Support, then under “Agency Resources” click on Payment Acceptance Chart.
