Montenegro Airlines (YM/409) Deletes from ARC

Effective Monday, May 31, 2021 (PED 06/06/2021) Montenegro Airlines is no longer an ARC participating airline. They have suspended their traffic and voluntarily deleted from ARC. Therefore, ARC has inhibited the processing of all transactions in IAR. They are managing refunds directly.

Memorial Day Authorization Deadline Change and Planned IAR Outage

To ensure no delays to settlement, the sales report authorization/submission deadline for Period Ending Date (PED) 05/30/21 will be 5 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. This extension provides travel agencies with additional time to process their sales reports after the Memorial Day holiday.

Immediately following the 5 p.m. deadline, the IAR system will be unavailable from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. Any sales report authorization for PED 05/30/21 preformed after 5 p.m. on that date, will be considered a late submission. Any errors will be moved to the following PED and your cash disbursement may be impacted.

Reducing the Memorial Day holiday sales reporting authorization deadline by seven hours will allow ARC’s settlement operations to continue to run as smoothly and reliably as possible, while at the same time ensure cash disbursements are delivered as scheduled on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.

Tip of the Week: Are You Missing a Transaction from IAR?

When a transaction you have issued in your GDS does not appear in your IAR sales report, it is recommended that you log in to Document Retrieval Service (DRS) and perform an initial Quick Search. If the message “No Matching Documents Found for Your Search” is displayed, that means your GDS provider did not send the transaction to ARC.

In such instances, please contact your GDS provider so that they can investigate why that specific transaction was not sent to ARC.

You do have the ability to add a missing transaction into IAR by selecting the ADD tab and manually entering the missing data.
