2021 Quarterly Transaction Fees – Second Quarter

This is a reminder about the agent/CTD transaction fee that is assessed on a quarterly basis. See the chart below outlining the tiered fee structure. Note: Agencies with less than 1,000 transactions per quarter will not be assessed transaction fees. A separate debit representing this fee will be drawn against the applicable ARC-designated bank accounts on or after July 22, 2021. Only one draft will be issued for consolidated drafting agencies.

Reminder: ARC Returns to Five-day Settlement with New Bank

ARC continues to evaluate the performance of its service providers to ensure they meet ARC’s high standards for reliability, security, and service. As part of this review, ARC has decided to transition its settlement processing bank from US Bank to TD Bank, effective Period Ending Date July 18, 2021 (PED 07/18/2021).

With this change we are pleased to announce that we will be reverting to a five-day settlement processing schedule. All sales reports must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, and all ACH debits and credits will be dispersed by ARC on Friday, July 23, 2021. All subsequent settlement processing will follow this new schedule.

How to Access Sales Report Data for the Last 24 Months

Do you need access to your sales report data for the last 24 months? This is available within the Internet Sales Summary (ISS) tool. To access a report:

  • Sign into My ARC and select Internet Sales Summary under “Your Tools.”

  • Select the sales summary to view by clicking View under “Last 24 months.” Make sure to have your pop-up blocker disabled as the tool will appear in a separate window.

  • In the tool, on the left hand side, select Sales Reports Last 2 years.

  • In the Filters section, enter your ACN (ARC Number) and click OK. A list of available reports listed in descending order by Period Ending Date (PED) will appear.

  • Click on the PED or other highlighted field within the indicated row to open the report.
