Avior Airlines No Longer Accepts Visa or Mastercard

Effective PED 07/18/2021, Avior Airlines (9V/7420) no longer accepts Visa or Mastercard as forms of payment through ARC. Agents issuing refunds for Avior Airlines are encouraged to have customers contact their card issuer for resolution, as ARC will not be outputting the refunds to the processor.

2021 Quarterly Transaction Fees – Second Quarter

This is a reminder about the agent/CTD transaction fee that is assessed on a quarterly basis. See the chart below outlining the tiered fee structure. Note: Agencies with less than 1,000 transactions per quarter will not be assessed transaction fees. A separate debit representing this fee will be drawn against the applicable ARC-designated bank accounts on or after July 22, 2021. Only one draft will be issued for consolidated drafting agencies.

Reminder: ARC Returns to Five-day Settlement with New Bank

ARC continues to evaluate the performance of its service providers to ensure they meet ARC’s high standards for reliability, security, and service. As part of this review, ARC has decided to transition its settlement processing bank from US Bank to TD Bank, effective Period Ending Date July 18, 2021 (PED 07/18/2021).

With this change, we are pleased to announce that we will be reverting to a five-day settlement processing schedule. All sales reports must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, and all ACH debits and credits will be dispersed by ARC on Friday, July 23, 2021. All subsequent settlement processing will follow this new schedule.

Paying an Inactive Memo in Memo Manager

Airlines can set an age limit for their memos. If no action is taken on a memo within the specified timeframe, the memo becomes inactive. When a memo is in an inactive state, you will not be able to dispute it. The airline does have the ability to, at their discretion, reactivate memos that have become inactive.

Regardless of a memo being in an inactive status, you can still make a payment on it. To make a payment, click on the "Pay" button located at the top of the Memo Details page. Then, the memo will change to an "Open- Payment Pending" status, and you can process it like any other memo in that status.
