Tip of the Week: How Do I Reach Out to An Airline About a Memo?

For each memo issued, the validating airline or supplier can provide their contact information to be viewed. The full information is available by scrolling to the bottom of the memo. There you can find a link to the airline ticketing policy website as well as a phone number, email and/or address provided by the airline for memo-related issues. You can also communicate directly with the airline using the Correspondence feature within Memo Manager.
