Brief intermittent interruptions of My ARC service may occur on Sunday, August 22, 2021, from 1-7 a.m. EDT due to scheduled application maintenance. If you experience an interruption while using a My ARC tool or product during this time, please close your browser window, wait a few minutes, and then log back into My ARC to continue.  

ARC understands that any system outage is an inconvenience. We apologize for any impact this may have on your work. Your understanding and patience are appreciated as we ensure ARC systems are maintained and updated. Tip of the Week: Addressing the "Inaccessible Sales Report" IAR error message

Have you received the error message “Inaccessible Sales Report” when authorizing and submitting your weekly sales report?

This error occurs when you exit a ticket without ending the transaction by clicking ET.

If you receive this message, please do the following:

  1. Log out of IAR and wait 15 minutes for the system to time out.

  1. Clear browsing history and cache.

Once those steps are complete, log back in to authorize/submit your IAR report.
