Announcing ARC’s Airline Participation Tool
ARC’s new Airline Participation tool combines airline-related processing information from multiple sources into a single easy-to-view webpage. The information is presented in an intuitive, more modern format that is both searchable and downloadable.
This single source of detailed data provides a concise view of the policies and processes for each participating airline related to ARC settlement. It consolidates information from these ARC web resources:

Refund and Exchange Information
An NDC/Direct Connect participant indicator has also been added to the Airline Participation tool to let you view which airlines support Direct Connect with travel agents.
Please note: Visiting the four webpages referenced above will redirect you to the Airline Participation tool webpage beginning November 1, 2021. You will be able to view the original four pages from links on this new page until December 1, 2021.
Upcoming My ARC System Maintenance
My ARC will be unavailable Sunday, November 7, 2021, from 1 to 6 a.m. ET to perform system maintenance and software updates. During this extended outage, you will be unable to access My ARC, including any of its tools or products.
We apologize for the inconvenience and the impact this may have on your work with ARC tools and products. This advance notice is intended to provide adequate time to make any necessary schedule adjustments. Sunday dates are typically selected for this type of maintenance to minimize the impact on My ARC users, given Sunday is the day of the week with the lowest amount of activity.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we ensure ARC systems are maintained and updated. Please share this information with others in your organization that may be impacted by this scheduled outage.
Veterans Day Holiday Information
ARC's offices will be closed Thursday, November 11, 2021, in observance of Veterans Day. All sales reports for PED 11/14/2021 must be authorized by 11:59 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.
Transactions issued in your GDS from Wednesday, November 10, 2021, may be voided or modified in the GDS or IAR until Friday, November 12, 2021.
The ARC Customer Care Center hours for the week of November 8, 2021, are:
Monday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST
Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST
Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. EST
Friday: 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. EST

Please note, in accordance with Section 5 of the ARA, your continued participation with ARC after October 29, 2021, serves as your acceptance of the amendments.
Tip of the Week: Requesting Access to Tools in My ARC
My ARC users can access additional tools by selecting Tools on the My ARC dashboard. Users can then select the Request Access link, which allows you to request access to tools currently available to your organization.
Tools requested must be approved by your organization’s My ARC Tool Administrator. Your Primary or Tool Administrator will receive a “Pending Request” email notification once you have submitted your tool request and will either approve or deny your request. Administrators can also add a note to the requestor along with the response. Adding a message is optional and allows the administrator to ask for additional information or explain the approval or denial decision.
