Norwegian Air Shuttle Now Accepts American Express

Effective with sales issued on Monday, November 8, 2021 (PED 11/14/2021), Norwegian Air Shuttle (328/DY) will begin accepting American Express as a form of payment through ARC.

Upcoming My ARC Extended Outages

My ARC will be unavailable for two separate extended outages occurring Sunday, November 21, 2021, and Sunday, December 5, 2021, from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. EST. During these scheduled times, you will be unable to access My ARC or any of its tools, such as IAR and Memo Manager.

This full system outage is necessary to perform a system upgrade that will be done in two phases. The first phase takes place November 21; the second phase will be completed on December 5. All systems are expected to be fully operational by 10 p.m. EST each of these Sunday evenings.

We apologize for the inconvenience and any impact this may have on your work with ARC tools and products. The intent of this advance notice is to provide you with adequate time to make any necessary schedule adjustments. Sunday dates are selected to minimize the impact to My ARC users since Sunday is the day of the week with the lowest level of activity. Afternoon and evening times were selected to allow morning access to systems and to allow early morning and late evening files to complete.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we improve and upgrade ARC systems. Please share this information with others in your organization that may be impacted by these scheduled outages.

Veterans Day Holiday Information

ARC's offices will be closed Thursday, November 11, 2021, in observance of Veterans Day. All sales reports for PED 11/14/2021 must be authorized by 11:59 p.m. EST on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.

Transactions issued in your GDS from Wednesday, November 10, 2021, may be voided or modified in the GDS or IAR until Friday, November 12, 2021.
