ARC offices will be closed on Monday, February 21, 2022, in observance of Presidents Day.

Holiday Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule

The GDS void/IAR reconciliation dates for tickets issued from Friday, February 18, 2022, to Sunday, February 20, 2022, will be extended until Tuesday, February 22, 2022.

Holiday Sales Report Submission

Weekly sales reports for PED 02/20/2022 must be authorized by 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.

Holiday ARC Customer Care Center Hours

ARC's Customer Care Center will be open Tuesday, February 22, 2022, following the Monday holiday. The office hours for this week will be:

  • Monday: Closed

  • Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST

  • Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST

  • Thursday: 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. EST

  • Friday: 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. EST


Reminder: Upcoming My ARC System Maintenance on Sunday

My ARC will be unavailable on the following dates and times:

  • Sunday, February 13, 2022: 1-7 a.m. EST

  • Sunday, February 20, 2022: 1-7 a.m. EST

These system outages are necessary to perform required system upgrades and maintenance. During these scheduled times, you will be unable to access My ARC or any of its tools, such as IAR and Memo Manager.

We apologize for this inconvenience and any impact on your work with ARC tools and products. This advance notice will hopefully provide you with adequate time to make any necessary schedule adjustments. Early Sunday mornings are selected for maintenance to help minimize the impact on you due to this time having the lowest level of user activity.  

Your understanding and patience are appreciated as we improve and upgrade ARC systems. Please share this information with others in your organization that may be impacted by these scheduled outages. Tip of the Week: Are You Missing a Transaction from IAR?

If a transaction you’ve issued in your GDS does not appear in your IAR sales report, it is recommended you log in to Document Retrieval Service (DRS) and perform an initial Quick Search. If the message “No Matching Documents Found for Your Search” is displayed, your GDS provider did not send the transaction to ARC.

If this happens, please contact your GDS provider so they can investigate why that specific transaction was not sent.

You can add a missing transaction into IAR by selecting the “ADD” tab and manually entering the missing data.
