Holiday Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule
The GDS void/IAR reconciliation dates for tickets issued from Friday, February 18, 2022, to Sunday, February 20, 2022, will be extended until Tuesday, February 22, 2022.
Holiday Sales Report Submission
Weekly sales reports for PED 02/20/2022 must be authorized by 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.
Holiday ARC Customer Care Center Hours
ARC's Customer Care Center will be open Tuesday, February 22, 2022, following the Monday holiday. The office hours for this week will be:

My ARC users can access additional tools by selecting “Tools” in the My ARC dashboard. Users can then request access to tools currently available to their organization by selecting the “Request Access” link.
An organization’s My ARC Tool Administrator must approve any requested tools. The Primary or Tool Administrator will receive a “Pending Request” email notification once a tool request has been submitted; they can either approve or deny the request. Administrators can also add a note to the requestor along with the response. Adding a message is optional and allows the Tool Administrator to ask for additional information or explain the approval or denial decision.
