Upcoming ARC System Maintenance

All ARC systems will be unavailable on Sunday, March 27, 2022, from 1 to 7 a.m. ET.  

During this time, users will be unable to access ARC’s website, Document Retrieval Service (DRS), and My ARC and any of its tools, including IAR and Memo Manager. This system outage is necessary to perform a required system upgrade and maintenance.

We apologize for this inconvenience and any impact on your work with ARC tools and products. This advance notice is designed to provide you with adequate time to make any necessary schedule adjustments. To help minimize the impact to you, early Sunday mornings are selected for maintenance because this time has the lowest level of user activity.  

Your understanding and patience are appreciated as we improve and upgrade ARC systems. Please share this information with others in your organization that may be impacted by these scheduled outages.

ARC Reinstates Processing of Cash Refunds for Aeroflot

ARC remains committed to helping our travel agency partners process refunds for transactions impacted by the ongoing war in Ukraine.

For the benefit of travel agencies and their customers, effective Thursday, March 24, 2022, ARC has temporarily reinstated the processing of refunds in Interactive Agent Reporting (IAR) for Aeroflot (SU/555) issued tickets. At this time, only cash refunds will be processed.

Agents that have not already been contacted by ARC’s Customer Success team must contact ARC’s Customer Care Center to obtain the original ESAC code needed to resubmit any rejected cash refund.

Agencies are encouraged to submit refunds as soon as possible as the reinstatement of cash refund processing for Aeroflot is a temporary accommodation.

Agents who previously submitted a cash refund directly to Aeroflot, and now want to process the refund through IAR, should provide a status update to Aeroflot at nycarc@aeroflot.ru.
