A fraudster recently sent the phishing email below to entice the recipient to click on the green “Sign-in” box and enter their credentials. The sign-in link is controlled by the fraudster, allowing them to obtain the user’s GDS login credentials.
Reminder: No system provider will ever ask a customer to log into the GDS via email.
Please take note of the suspicious items in the email:

The email was sent from the domain infos@xtianlies.info, which was created on May 17, 2022.

There are several spelling errors throughout: “infornation”, “trainning” and “Sabreis”.
ARC encourages all agents to stay vigilant and practice caution if they are suspicious of an email. Please forward suspicious emails, including those requesting agents to log into their GDS, to your system provider as well as ARC at StopFraud@arccorp.com.

Holiday Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule
The GDS/IAR reconciliation dates for tickets issued from Friday, June 17, 2022, to Sunday, June 19, 2022, will be extended until Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
Holiday Sales Report Submission
Weekly sales reports for PED 06/19/2022 must be authorized by 11:59 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, June 22, 2022.

Along with the MCO’s original issue information, DRS lists the new document number for which the MCO was exchanged, the issue date of the exchange and the period ending date (PED).
An unused MCO will be displayed in DRS in a single row of data with its original issue information.
Please note: DRS will not update or reflect usage when the MCO is used directly with the airline.
