2022 Quarterly Transaction Fees – Second Quarter

See the chart below outlining the tiered fee structure for agent/CTD transaction fees assessed quarterly.

Agencies with less than 1,000 transactions per quarter will not be assessed transaction fees. A separate debit representing this fee will be drawn against the applicable ARC-designated bank accounts on or after July 21, 2022.

ARC will notify travel agencies in an email to the primary administrator or operational contact on the account before each quarterly draft. For consolidated drafting agencies, only one draft will be assessed for all ARC-accredited locations.

Please note: There is a $25 nonrefundable fee for all returned drafts.

Reminder: Independence Day Holiday Information

ARC offices were closed Monday, July 4, 2022, in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

Holiday Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule

The GDS/IAR reconciliation dates for tickets issued between Friday, July 1, 2022, and Sunday, July 3, 2022, is extended until today, July 5, 2022.

Holiday Sales Report Submission

Weekly sales reports for PED 07/03/22 must be authorized by 11:59 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, July 6, 2022.

Tip of the Week: Requesting Access to Tools in My ARC

My ARC users can access additional tools by selecting “Tools” in the My ARC dashboard, then selecting the “Request Access” link.

Requested tools must be approved by the organization’s My ARC tool administrator. The administrator will receive a “Pending Request” email notification once a user has submitted a tool request. The administrator will then approve or deny the request. Administrators can add a note to the requestor along with the response. Adding a message is optional and allows the administrator to ask for additional information or explain the approval or denial decision.
