Effective with sales issued on Monday, September 12, 2022 (PED 09/18/22), Flydubai (141/FZ) will begin accepting Diners Club and Discover card as forms of payment through ARC.
My ARC will be unavailable Sunday, September 18, 2022, 1-5 p.m. EDT.
During this scheduled time, you will be unable to access My ARC or any of its tools, including IAR and Memo Manager. This system outage is necessary to perform a system upgrade.
We apologize for this inconvenience and any impact on your work with ARC tools and products and appreciate your understanding as we improve and upgrade ARC systems.
This advance notice should provide you with adequate time to make any necessary schedule adjustments. Sundays are selected as the day of the week with the lowest level of activity to minimize the impact to My ARC users. Afternoon maintenance hours allow morning access to systems and early morning/late evening IAR BOS files time to complete.
All systems are expected to be fully operational by 5 p.m. EDT on Sunday. If maintenance is completed before 5 p.m., system access will be restored at that time.
Please check the ARC Status Dashboard for the system status of any ARC tool. You may also subscribe to receive email alerts whenever any ARC system encounters an unexpected incident or is scheduled for maintenance.
ARC strongly recommends that you reconcile the IAR sales report daily. You should perform a final sales report reconciliation before authorization/submission with the following steps:

Verify all documents and voids are correctly listed in the IAR sales report. Correct any errors.

Verify your agency legitimately issued all transactions to guard against unauthorized ticketing.

Verify all commission amounts.

Verify all refund and exchange transactions are accurate and that their values include any penalty information, if applicable.

Verify cash and credit totals.

Verify the net remit amount.
