ARC offices will be closed Tuesday, November 8, 2022, and Friday, November 11, 2022, in observance of National Election Day and Veterans Day.

Holiday Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule

The GDS/IAR reconciliation dates for tickets issued Monday, November 7, 2022, will be extended until Wednesday, November 9, 2022. The GDS/IAR reconciliation dates for tickets issued Thursday, November 10, 2022, will be extended until Monday, November 14, 2022.

Holiday Sales Report Submission and Bank Draft Date

Weekly sales reports for PED 11/06/22 must be authorized by 11:59 p.m. EST on Wednesday, November 9, 2022. Due to Friday, November 11, 2022, being a bank holiday, all debit/credit drafts will take place on Monday, November 14, 2022.

ARC Customer Care Center Holiday Schedule

ARC’s Customer Care Center will be open Monday, November 7, 2022; Wednesday, November 9, 2022; and Thursday, November 10, 2022.

The office hours for the holiday week are:

  • Monday: 9 a.m.-9 p.m. EST

  • Tuesday: Closed

  • Wednesday: 9 a.m.- 9 p.m. EST

  • Thursday: 9 a.m.-7:30 p.m. EST

  • Friday: Closed

Sky Airline Now Accepts Visa and Mastercard

Effective with sales issued Monday, October 3, 2022 (PED 10/09/22), Sky Airline (605/H2) will begin accepting Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment through ARC.

Scheduled My ARC System Maintenance – October 9 and October 16

Intermittent interruptions of the My ARC service will occur on Sunday, October 9, 2022, and Sunday, October 16, 2022, from 2 and 5 p.m. EDT due to a system upgrade. This may impact your access to applications from your My ARC tool list. If maintenance is completed prior to the scheduled end time, all access will be restored at that time.

Tip of the Week: Why Do I See OE Next to Tickets in My Current Report?

IAR identifies transactions with specific errors by listing them with an Error status code of "E" on IAR list displays. Agencies must correct the errors and any discrepancies in their IAR sales report every day and prior to the submission/authorization of the IAR sales report. If the errors are not corrected within the sales report period ending date (PED), the transaction automatically moves or rolls to the following week's sales report. These transactions will be updated in the IAR sales report with a dual status code of “OE” representing a status of both Out of Period and Error.
