Air Dolomiti No Longer Accepts Diners Club or Discover

Effective PED 10/16/22, Air Dolomiti (EN/101) no longer accepts Diners Club and Discover as forms of payment through ARC. 

Agents issuing refunds for Air Dolomiti are encouraged to have customers contact their card issuer for resolution, as ARC will not be outputting the refunds to the processor.

2022 Quarterly Transaction Fees – Third Quarter

See the chart below outlining the tiered fee structure for agent/CTD transaction fees assessed quarterly.

Agencies with fewer than 1,000 transactions per quarter will not be assessed transaction fees. A separate debit representing this fee will be drawn against the applicable ARC-designated bank accounts on or after October 20, 2022.

ARC will notify travel agencies in an email to the primary administrator or operational contact on the account before each quarterly draft. For consolidated drafting agencies, only one draft will be assessed for all ARC-accredited locations.

Holiday Information – Election Day and Veterans Day

ARC offices will be closed Tuesday, November 8, 2022, and Friday, November 11, 2022, in observance of National Election Day and the Veterans Day holiday.

Holiday Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule

The GDS/IAR reconciliation dates for tickets issued Monday, November 7, 2022, will be extended until Wednesday, November 9, 2022. The GDS/IAR reconciliation dates for tickets issued Thursday, November 10, 2022, will be extended until Monday, November 14, 2022.

Holiday Sales Report Submission and Bank Draft Date

Weekly sales reports for PED 11/06/22 must be authorized by 11:59 p.m. EST on Wednesday, November 9, 2022. Due to Friday, November 11, 2022, being a bank holiday, all debit/credit drafts will take place on Monday, November 14, 2022.

ARC Customer Care Center Holiday Schedule

ARC’s Customer Care Center will be open Monday, November 7, 2022; Wednesday, November 9, 2022; and Thursday, November 10, 2022.

The office hours for the holiday week are:

  • Monday: 9 a.m.-9 p.m. EST

  • Tuesday: Closed

  • Wednesday: 9 a.m.- 9 p.m. EST

  • Thursday: 9 a.m.-7:30 p.m. EST

  • Friday: Closed

Scheduled My ARC System Maintenance – October 16

An intermittent interruption of the My ARC service will occur on Sunday, October 16, 2022, from 2 and 5 p.m. EDT due to a system upgrade. This may impact your access to applications from your My ARC tool list. If maintenance is completed prior to the scheduled end time, all access will be restored at that time.

We apologize for this inconvenience and any impact on your work with ARC tools and products and appreciate your understanding as we improve and upgrade ARC systems.

Tip of the Week: How to Update Your Bank Account Information

If you need to change your agency’s banking information, a “bank account case can be completed through ARCby following the steps below using the accreditation tool.

  • Log into the Accreditation Portal from the main ARC website.

  • Login using your My ARC login credentials.

  • Alternatively, log into your My ARC account. Go to the tools on the left and selectAccreditation. Login using your My ARC login credentials.

  • If you are an HOL, select your ARC number on the left side of the screen to display your branch(es)and then select the ARC number you wish to update. If you are an independent agency, move on to the next step.

  • On the Agency Profile page, scroll down to Bank Account Information, and select “Change Bank”.

  • Hit Submit.

Once your request has been submitted, the ARC accreditation department will begin processing your updated information. The bank account will be approved instantly. The agency must keep the current bank account open for the next two weeks following the approval.
