ARC has partnered with two travel-focused payment companies, Uplift and UATP, to offer a buy now pay later service to ARC-accredited agencies and Verified Travel Consultants (VTCs).
A visual calendar is now available in every IAR date field. No more guessing what the Sunday date was for an old PED – just pick it from the calendar! You may still manually enter a date, but now you have the option to select a date from the pop-up calendar.
With nearly 5 years of weekly sales report data now available directly in IAR, this gives you a simpler way to move to older PEDs. This new feature makes moving PEDs, adding itineraries, requesting BOS files, and entry into any data field much easier. When you select a date field, you will see an optional calendar pop-up. Just select from the calendar or move between months to select a date. Of course, you can continue to manually enter dates as you always have. The visual calendar can be quickly navigated to select a specific date, and is field sensitive (i.e., only Sunday dates allowed for a PED, any date for on the Itinerary screen, or creating BOS requests).
Agencies have suggested this type of calendar option for a long time, so we are excited to bring this feature to you. Below is an example but go try it for yourself now!

Holiday Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule
The GDS/IAR reconciliation dates for tickets issued Monday, November 7, 2022, will be extended until Wednesday, November 9, 2022. The GDS/IAR reconciliation dates for tickets issued Thursday, November 10, 2022, will be extended until Monday, November 14, 2022.
Holiday Sales Report Submission and Bank Draft Date
Weekly sales reports for PED 11/06/22 must be authorized by 11:59 p.m. EST on Wednesday, November 9, 2022. Due to Friday, November 11, 2022, being a bank holiday, all debit/credit drafts will take place on Monday, November 14, 2022.

ARC’s Customer Care Center will be open Monday, November 7, 2022; Wednesday, November 9, 2022; and Thursday, November 10, 2022.

User roles determine which access rights are available to you within ARC Memo Manager. Pages and fields in ARC Memo Manager may be active, disabled or hidden based on a user’s role. Below are the user roles available for agencies, as well as what each role can do.
Memo Administrator: There may be multiple memo administrators per entity. The Memo Administrator is responsible for the entity’s administration settings within Memo Manager. They can also pay/accept/dispute memos, view memos and send correspondence.
Memo User: An entity may have multiple memo users. They can pay/accept/dispute memos, view memos and send correspondence.
Memo Corresponder: An entity may have multiple memo corresponders. They can view memos and send correspondence only.
