The termination of Onur Air (8Q/066) was effective 02/27/2023 (PED 03/05/2023). ARC is no longer processing transactions as there have been no sales since December 2021 after they suspended operations. Their website is disabled.
Viva Air Peru (VV/343) has suspended operations. Therefore, ARC has inhibited the processing of all sales transactions but continues to support processing cash refunds until further notice. Effective with sales issued on Monday March 06, 2023 (PED 03/12/23), Cathay Pacific Airways (160/CX) will begin accepting Discover and Diners Club as forms of payment through ARC.
Scheduled System Maintenance – March 12, 2023
On Sunday, March 12, 2023, from 1-7 a.m. EST, all My ARC tools and services will be unavailable to complete a system upgrade. During this scheduled time, you will be unable to access My ARC or any of its tools, including IAR and Memo Manager. If maintenance is completed prior to the scheduled end time, all access will be restored at that time.
ARC understands that any system outage is inconvenient, and we apologize for any impact this may have on your work. Your understanding and patience are appreciated as we ensure ARC systems are maintained and updated.

Scheduled My ARC System Maintenance – March 19, 2023
Brief intermittent interruptions (not an outage) of the My ARC service will occur on Sunday, March 19, 2023, from 2 - 5 p.m. EST due to a system upgrade. This maintenance may temporarily impact your access to applications from your My ARC tool list. If the upgrade is completed prior to the scheduled end time, all access will be restored at that time.

For a true single login experience, you can link your Document Retrieval Service (DRS) account with your My ARC account. This eliminates the need to have separate usernames and passwords.
A "Link/Unlink" header at the top of the DRS page allows you to link or unlink your accounts. This option allows active DRS accounts to be linked or unlinked from any active My ARC account.
Once linked, you can select "Document Retrieval System" from your My ARC tool list and immediately launch DRS. Please note, DRS Administration is not currently part of the link/unlink feature.
