Effective with sales issued on Monday, May 08, 2023 (PED 05/14/23), Azerbaijan Airlines (771/J2) will begin accepting Mastercard and Visa as forms of payment through ARC.
The system maintenance originally scheduled for Sunday, May 7, has been postponed for one week. The new dates and times that My ARC will be unavailable are:
-
Sunday, May 14, from 1-7 a.m. EDT
-
Sunday, May 21, from 1-7 a.m. EDT
During these scheduled times, you will be unable to access My ARC or any of its tools, including IAR and Memo Manager. These system outages are necessary to perform required system upgrades and maintenance.
ARC realizes that any system outage is an inconvenience to you, and we apologize for any impact this may have on your work with ARC tools and products. The intent of this advance notice is to provide you with adequate time to make any necessary schedule adjustments. To help minimize the impact to you, early Sunday mornings are selected for maintenance because this time has the lowest level of user activity.
Your understanding and patience are appreciated as we improve and upgrade ARC systems. Please share this information with others in your organization that may be impacted by these scheduled outages. Subscribe for notifications whenever any ARC system encounters an unexpected incident or is scheduled for maintenance at the ARC Status Dashboard.
The agency community continues to be targeted by cybercriminals through phishing emails, which appear to be from various organizations across all business sectors, including GDS. These emails entice agents to click on an embedded link and enter their login credentials.
No service provider should request login credentials through email. If you receive such a request, it is essential to validate it with your service provider.
Fraudsters can manipulate your reservation systems and cause financial harm to your agency if they compromise your credentials. It is critical to train your staff to avoid entering their login credentials into any links provided in emails and to be vigilant and suspicious of any webpage requesting authorization.
Safeguard your IT environment by implementing policies and procedures such as updating passwords and login credentials every 30-90 days and validating email senders and hyperlinks before clicking and engaging (i.e., opening, forwarding and replying to emails).
Please contact your service providers or email ARC at StopFraud@arccorp.com if you need assistance.

IAR identifies transactions with specific errors and lists them in an error list with an Error status code of "E" on the IAR list displays. An agency must correct the errors and any discrepancies in your IAR sales report every day and before the submission/authorization of the IAR sales report. If the errors are not corrected within the sales report period (PED), the transaction automatically moves or rolls to the following week's sales report. These transactions will be updated in the IAR sales report with a dual status code of “OE,” representing a status of both Out of Period and Error.
If you need assistance with correcting these errors, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-855-816-8003.
