Effective with sales issued on Monday, July 31, 2023 (PED 08/06/23), TAAG Angola Airlines (118/DT) will begin accepting American Express as a form of payment through ARC.

Holiday Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule
The GDS/IAR reconciliation dates for tickets issued from Friday, September 1, 2023, to Sunday, September 3, 2023, will be extended until Tuesday, September 5, 2023. Tickets may be voided in the GDS until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) local time on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, and may be voided or modified in IAR until 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
Sales Report Submission
Agents have one extra day to finalize their sales report. Weekly sales reports for PED 09/03/23 must be authorized by 11:59 p.m. ET on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.

Did you know ARC has enhanced the Interactive Agent Reporting (IAR) system to systematically link a residual value Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) and Miscellaneous Charge Order (MCO) resulting from a GDS-issued exchange to its associated exchange transaction?
The residual value document auto-linking feature reduces the manual effort required to identify and link residual value MCOs and EMDs to their associated exchanges and reduces the number of IAR exchange errors. The residual value document auto-linking feature applies only to residual value MCO or EMD received from the GDS. It does not apply to an MCO or EMD manually entered into IAR by a user.
