No changes are being made at this time, although some areas or images may look slightly different. If this upgrade is completed before the scheduled end time, application access will be restored at that time.
Subscribe to email alerts whenever unexpected incidents or scheduled system maintenance occur to any ARC tools at https://arccorp.statusdashboard.com.
On Thursday, May 30, ARC will re-platform the Interactive Agent Reporting (IAR) tool. The upgrade will occur from 3-6 a.m. ET, and IAR will not be available during this time.
The new platform will improve stability and allow ARC to make updates to meet your needs more easily. While no functionality is changing with this upgrade, some areas of IAR may look slightly different.

In our continuous efforts to ensure the security and privacy of our users, we are excited to announce the introduction of multifactor authentication (MFA). We are implementing the first quarter of 2025.
MFA adds an extra layer of security to your accounts by requiring multiple forms of verification before granting access. This additional step significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized users and safeguards your personal information and confidential data.
Multifactor authentication will provide:
-
Enhanced security: By implementing MFA processes, you significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access to your account.
-
User-friendly experience: While MFA adds an extra layer of security, we have designed the process to be seamless and user-friendly, ensuring minimal disruption to your workflow.
-
Customizable settings: You will have the flexibility to choose the authentication methods that best suit your preferences and security needs.
-
Protection against unauthorized access: Even if your password is compromised, unauthorized individuals will still be unable to access your account without the additional authentication factor.
We understand that transitioning to multifactor authentication may require some adjustment, but we believe that the added security benefits far outweigh any inconvenience. We are committed to providing you with the necessary support and resources to ensure a smooth transition.
As we prepare for the implementation, we will share future updates on progress and launch date instructions on how to set up and use MFA.
Thank you for your continued trust and cooperation as we work to strengthen the security of our systems. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Care Center at 855-816-8003 or ccchelp@arccorp.com.
A fraudster continues to send phishing emails to the travel agency community, falsely claiming to be from Sabre. The phishing email entices the recipient to click the green “Sign-In” link and input the user’s GDS login credentials.
Ensure all staff, contractors, and outside agents with ticket-issuing capability know about the phishing emails and the need to safeguard their GDS login credentials.
GDS providers will never ask agents to log into their system through a link in an email.
Always log into your GDS through bookmarks in your browser, not through an email link.
Visit the ARC website for more information on unauthorized ticketing and additional fraud schemes targeting the agency community. Please view our Cybersecurity Guide and on-demand webinars for additional resources.
ARC’s revenue integrity team is here for fraud-related support. If you suspect you have been a victim of fraud, contact ARC immediately by calling 855-358-0393 or emailing stopfraud@arccorp.com. We also offer after-hours and weekend support.
An Agent Automated Deduction (AAD) is a request for reimbursement from an airline for an error in a transaction reported in a previous sales report within one of the last 12 PEDs. It may be used to correct a mistake on a transaction in the sales report (overpayment on a transaction, incorrect commission, etc.). An agent may claim up to $25 on an ARC-settled document but is limited to one AAD per document.
To create an AAD, follow these steps:
-
Sign in to your IAR sales report.
-
Click the add tab.
-
Choose TD-AAD. Type in the 14-character ticket number to the right of the screen.
-
Click Go.
The AAD screen will then display the values initially settled for the ticket. You can make the necessary adjustments in the “Should Be” column and change the net remit accordingly.
ARC will process AADs included in an IAR Sales Report; however, the agent is responsible for researching and verifying the circumstances of the transaction. Please note that entering the AAD in IAR does not imply that the airline agrees with the amount or circumstances surrounding the AAD.
