ARC offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4, 2024, in observance of Independence Day.

Holiday Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule

The GDS/IAR reconciliation dates for tickets issued from Wednesday, July 3, 2024, will be extended until Friday, July 5, 2024.

Sales Report Submission

Weekly sales reports for PED 07/07/24 must be authorized by 11:59 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

The office hours for the week are:

  • Monday: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. EDT

  • Tuesday: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. EDT

  • Wednesday: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. EDT

  • Thursday: Closed

  • Friday: 9 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. EDT

2024 Quarterly Transaction Fees – Second Quarter 

Agencies with less than 1,000 transactions per quarter will not be assessed transaction fees. A separate debit representing this fee will be drawn against the applicable ARC-designated bank accounts on or after July 18, 2024. Only one draft will be issued for consolidated drafting agencies. 

If you have not done so already, every agency must contact your bank representative and add ARC’s Company ID 9521367276.

ARC will notify travel agencies in an email to the primary administrator or operational contact on the account before each quarterly draft. For consolidated drafting agencies, only one draft will be assessed for all ARC-accredited locations. 

Please note: There is a $25 nonrefundable fee for all returned drafts. 

Tip of the Week: Searching for a document in DRS

ARC Document Retrieval Service (DRS) offers three search options to help you locate a document and view its information. These are grouped by either the Quick Search, Passenger Search or Transaction Search options.

  1. Quick Search allows you to search by either Document Number, Date of Issue, PNR, or Period Ending Date.

  2. Passenger Search allows you to search by Month and Year of processing PED and the Credit Card Number or the Last Name of a passenger.

  3. Transaction Search allows you to search by Document Number, a range of Document Numbers, the Date of Issue, or the Beginning PED.

You can further refine your search by using a Last Name, Document Type, or Payment Type filter
