The ARC 2025 Holiday Schedule is now available. You may access it from My ARC under “Quick Links” by clicking the “2024 Holiday Schedule” link. The 2024 Holiday Schedule is listed first, followed by the 2025 Holiday Schedule.
The 2025 ARC Holiday Schedule presents the holidays observed by ARC, effective January 1, 2025. The schedule reflects the impacts of the following:

PLEASE NOTE:
REPORT AUTHORIZATION DEADLINES

Effective January 14, 2025, the weekly ARC sales report must be authorized by 1:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the Tuesday following the sales report period ending date (PED). This is a proposed change for 2025 to support the faster output of data.

When an ARC-recognized holiday falls on Monday, the weekly sales report is due by 1:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the Wednesday following the PED. This is a proposed change for 2025 to support the faster output of data.

When an ARC-recognized holiday falls on Tuesday, the weekly sales report is due by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the Wednesday following the PED.
VOID/MODIFY DEADLINES

When the day to void or modify falls on an ARC-recognized holiday, an extension to the next business day is automatically granted.

When a ticket sale, exchange, or refund transaction manually entered into IAR must be voided or modified, the void or modify action may only take place on the same day of IAR entry.
ARC reserves the right to change the holiday schedule or sales report submission deadline. Any such changes will be communicated to the travel agency community in advance.

Please note, in accordance with Section 5 of the ARA, your continued participation with ARC after January 6, 2025, serves as your acceptance of the amendments.
In celebration of the Thanksgiving holiday, ARC’s offices were closed on Thursday, November 28, and Friday, November 29, 2024. Agencies and CTDs do not have an extra day to prepare the sales report for the PED 12/01/24. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by 11:59 p.m. EST on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
When authorizing and submitting your weekly sales report, you may see an “Inaccessible Sales Report” error message.
Do not be alarmed if you receive this message; there is nothing wrong with your report.
To authorize and submit your sales report, close Interactive Agent Reporting (IAR) using the “Close IAR” link in the upper right-hand corner of the IAR sales report screen and then open IAR again.
