Arajet Airlines Joins ARC
Arajet Airlines (DM/181) joins ARC as a participating airline effective Monday, March 3, 2025 (PED 03/09/25). Arajet is the Dominican Republic's flagship airline, operating international flights across the Americas from its two hubs in Santo Domingo (SDQ) and Punta Cana (PUJ). The airline creates new opportunities in air travel, connecting the region with competitive rates, flexible packages and a service that reflects its authentic Dominican essence. Awarded the Best Startup Airline in the World in 2023 by the Centre for Aviation (CAPA), it operates a modern fleet of Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft.
Arajet has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment, whereby all ARC agents are automatically appointed as agents of Arajet.

Air Wisconsin Joins ARC
Air Wisconsin (ZW/303) joins ARC as a participating airline effective Monday, March 3, 2025 (PED 03/09/25). Air Wisconsin is based in Appleton, Wisconsin. They have elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment whereby all ARC agents are automatically appointed as agents of Air Wisconsin. Starlux Airlines Payment Updates
Effective with sales issued on Monday, March 03, 2025 (PED 03/09/25), Starlux Airlines (JX/189) will begin accepting UATP as a form of payment through ARC and start participating in the Electronic Credit Card Billing (ECCB) program.
TSA REAL ID Enforcement Begins May 7, 2025
Federal agencies, including TSA, will enforce REAL ID requirements starting May 7, 2025. Travelers must present a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or identification card to board commercial aircraft and access certain federal facilities.
The final rule allows agencies to implement enforcement while considering security, operational risk and public impact. Read more on the Federal Register website.
Tip of the Week: Granting GDS Access in Memo Manager
ARC's Memo Manager allows you to grant access to your GDS to view a memo, add correspondence, or attach supporting documentation to a specific memo. An agent assigns a GDS access to a memo when they need the GDS to help support a dispute against a memo or if they believe the GDS should take responsibility for the resolution of a memo.
The associated ticket information must be included when granting GDS access to a memo. The ticket information is shown in the memo's Ticket Information section on the Memo Details tab. If the ticket information is blank in Memo Manager, the GDS cannot view the memo, even if you have granted them access.
In addition, agents under the Travelport umbrella (e.g., Apollo, Galileo, Worldspan) should assign their memos to the correct Travelport GDS. If a memo is assigned incorrectly, it will not be reviewed because the GDSs cannot access each other’s ticketing information.
