Paranair Payment Update

Effective immediately, Paranair (ZP/445) will no longer accept Mastercard and Visa as forms of payment through ARC.

Tip of the Week: System-Cancelled Voids

When the Transaction Type (TT) column in the IAR report shows 'CN' for voids, it indicates system-cancelled voids.

The system creates a canceled void when a communication-link problem occurs between the GDS and the carrier. The GDS sends a ticketing request message to the carrier but does not receive a response. Subsequently, the GDS initiates a system-cancel message to alert the carrier to void the ticket number.

Despite a break in the ticket sequence, a system-cancelled void does not generate an asterisk in the IAR transaction list. You do not need to take any action.
