Silver Airways Payment Update

Effective with sales of Monday, June 16, 2025 (PED 06/22/25), Silver Airways (3M/449) no longer accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa as forms of payment. If your customers have questions related to ticket purchases or refunds on Silver Airways and paid for them with American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa, they should contact their credit card issuer. ARC will continue to process all other transactions, including cash refunds, until further notice.

Juneteenth Holiday Information

ARC offices will be closed on Thursday, June 19, 2025, in observance of Juneteenth.

Holiday Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule

The GDS/IAR reconciliation dates for tickets issued from Wednesday, June 18, 2025, will be extended until Friday, June 20, 2025.

Sales Report Submission

Weekly sales reports for PED 06/22/25 must be authorized by 1:59 p.m. EST on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.

Tip of the Week: How to Verify if an MCO Has Been Exchanged

When a Miscellaneous Charge Order (MCO) has been exchanged, ARC's Document Retrieval Service (DRS) will display the associated new exchange transaction information. In addition to the MCO’s original issue information, DRS will list the new document number for which the MCO was exchanged, the issue date of the exchange and the PED (Period Ending Date). An unused MCO will be displayed in DRS only with its original issue information in a single row of data. Please note that DRS will not be updated or reflect usage when the MCO is used directly with the airline.
